To qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee, you must:

  • Notify SRDS in writing within 30 days of the date of purchase (written notification may be made via postal mail, fax, or e-mail)
  • Have less than 30 minutes of online access
  • Return any and all print versions, in their original condition, within 14 days of the cancellation notification. Products should be shipped via a trackable carrier, at the client's expense (unless due to an error by SRDS).

Original shipping charges incurred are non-refundable; therefore a prorated portion of these charges will not be refunded (unless due to an error by SRDS).

SRDS does not offer any refunds on products or services after 30 days from the original purchase date or on any services purchased for a subscription of less than one year.
