Weight Watchers Magazine is 100% FULLY PAID, and not given away free at Weight Watchers meetings or with a membership
. Subscription sales through Meeting Rooms, however, continue to grow, and single copies sold in the Meeting Rooms generate significant volume at very high efficiencies.

Our solid growth strategy has been achieved through traditional subscription (69%), national newsstand (31%) at places such as Barnes and Noble, Wal-Mart, Target, Safeway, Walgreens, Albertson’s, etc. and Meeting Room sales.

Weight Watchers Magazine is 100% fully paid by its readers. It is not, and never has been, given away free or with a membership in the Weight Watchers program.

Circulation Management has recognized our circulation success, naming Weight Watchers Magazine the Gold Winner for “Magazines with Circulation between 400,000-999,999” in both the 2002 and 2003 Circulation Excellence Awards. Capell’s Circulation Report named Weight Watchers Magazine the #4 Best Circulation Performer for 2003 in what Capell’s called “the toughest circulation environment in the history of magazine publishing.” Capell’s also named Weight Watchers Magazine the 2nd Best Newsstand Performer of the last decade.
